UPDATE

Since the meeting I have been preparing my product my researching thoroughly into my target audience. I have continued researching into other colleges and what products they have produced.

Audience Research=========================================

I researched into the different forms of audience theory, including psychographics and demographics. I then applied these theories to an audience questionnaire in order to find out exactly what my target audience would want to see and what would attract them to the sixth form. I then made a presentation about what I had found out and how I would apply what I had found out. I also held a focus group that consisted of current sixth formers and potential ones. I presented my presentation to the class, which I think was successful.

Initial Ideas ==============================================

I have been preparing for the next meeting with my client, by researching into budget and coming up with ideas based on the research I had found out. I have found some cheap places that do DVD duplication and Poster printing. I have created a collage of ideas for my poster, DVD and webpage and written a proposal for my next meeting with my client.
